The XLRI Alumni Association - along with the XL Alumni Jamshedpur Chapter - has planned the XL Alumni Homecoming-04 on Novemebr 20-21, 2004 at XLRI Jamshepdur.

The event is open to all alumni from all batches.

The broad schedule with Tea/Lunch/Dinner is:

1130-1300 -Alumni Interaction to evolve agenda/action-points for theAlumni Association

1500-1700 -Interaction with current batch students.

1800-2030 -Panel Discussion on "Ethics in Business is an Oxymoron"

Ensemble - the annual management festival of XLRI Jamshedpur is back this year with a bouquet of events under the different functional areas of management. This inter B-school festival witnesses excellent participation year-on-year from students of all reputed Business Schools across the country.The unique design of games and contests in each of the functional areas like marketing, finance, strategy, IT/operations & HR attracts talent from top B-Schools in India to take up the challenge. There are online games too !

As per the mail mentioned below this is your chance to represent our B-schoolfor this quiz. Interested participants can either get in touch with Surya or Kuru or can just land up at the venue on 19th November. Its that time of the year once again - time for Acumen 2004. This time, apart from the usual quiz for B-Schools, we also have a set of very special quizzesfor B-School alumni. It is a chance for corporate executives to represent theirold B-School once again, and win some very exciting prizes in the bargain.



No hassle of forming teams or an entry fee - just land up at the venues mentionedbelow (the Mumbai round is on October 8 at S P Jain, starting 6:30 in theevening - please note) and take part in the written elimination by yourself.

Acumen - The National Level B-school Challenge from Business Today and TheAditya Birla Group, in association with Tata Consultancy Srvices will, this year, host a Quiz competition for all B-school Alumni currently employed inIndia.
